These Terms govern use of Stitchgrid at https://imagetocrochetpattern.com. By using the Site, you agree to them.
2. Current service
a free browser tool that turns an image into an editable crochet colour grid.
3. Permission
We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the Site lawfully.
4. Acceptable use
Do not break the law, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, bypass controls, imply endorsement, or overload or disrupt the Site. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect the Site, comply with law, or respond to misuse.
5. Your material and results
You retain rights you already have in material you provide. You are responsible for permission to use it and for checking results.
6. Ownership
The Site’s code, copy, design and branding are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership.
7. Privacy
The Site Privacy page explains information handling. External services have their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Free service and refunds
The current Site is free and does not accept charges or paid orders under these Terms, so there is no payment to refund. Any future paid product will disclose its price, delivery terms, refund rules, technical requirements and licence terms before purchase.
9. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, or loss caused by relying on an unchecked result. Nothing limits liability where law forbids it.
